| I've tried several primers and had not been really impressed with any until I tried the green Smashbox color correcting primer. I'm not even fond of the Smashbox clear primer, felt slimy, but the green smooths on like silk, and helps to camoflauge my skin's impertections. It's pretty green in the pump, but it does not make your skin green like some powders, and it contains no oils like other products. My skin is oily, very sensitive and acne prone, splotchy colors and starting to get fine lines. I use only one pump worth of this green miracle cream on my entire face in the morning, and find that less foundation is needed, since the primer already did half the work. I live in Arizona, and I notice a difference even in the summer. |

| I have moderate rosacea and the green correcting primer is the best product I've ever used. I've tried all kinds of green tinted powders and lotions, but this is by far the best. It doesn't over-lighten my skin, it just covers up the redness on my cheeks. It actually gives me back my normal skin tone! It's also silky smooth in texture, and goes right on and blends perfectly. I don't even use foundation over it, just face powder, and it hides my redness really well. Great for every day. |

I have the Smash Box Light & the Color Adjust green one in the travel size, bought at Ultra. I bought the travel size to try them out as they are quite expensive. Well, It did not help with my oil control. It is lighter then the Avon's MagiX Face Perfector. I found that it did not fill in lines/pores as well as MagiX Face Perfector did. The green tint helped a little.
If you were under 35 with good skin this would be a nice product to use as a younger person needs less product usually. All in all it was ok - I went back to Avon's MagiX Face Perfector which was a better bargain till they stop selling it! Seems like Avon changes products as the wind blows! I'll have to stock up from eBay & again!
I like the Avon MagiX results I get better then the Smash Box Photo Finish & the Loreal Studio primer which I found it was just ok too. I also tried out the Prescriptives one a wile back, which was just ok too (they no longer in Business)
I use the primer over my moisturizer/sunscreen before my foundation. As a corrector I like the new COVER GIRL Simply Ageless Corrector (Yellowish tint) better. It does a great job on toning down discolorations & redness with good coverage that is not obvious on me.
